Make every day worth $10K to the business. That’s the rule.
Thomas here. A month back, I hit the end of a packed Tuesday with almost nothing to show for it. Back-to-back calls, a hundred emails fired off, locked in the entire day. Still, that night, the nagging question hit: did I actually move anything forward today? I’d felt productive, but I couldn’t point to a single thing that proved it.
So I gave myself a number to point at. I wrote one sentence at the top of a blank doc: make every day worth $10K to the business. That’s the rule I’ve been running since.
