A $500/month tool is cheap if it brings in $5,000. A $15/month subscription is expensive if it sits unused. The price tag tells you nothing. The return tells you everything.
This one idea — something is only expensive if the ROI is low — has shaped every major decision I’ve made in business. Tools, hires, partnerships, even the stuff Julia and I disagree on. It’s the reason our businesses have grown every single year.
I call it 10x thinking. And once you see it, you can’t go back to thinking small.
